Brilliant First Aid Course. Trainers Adam and Helen McKinnon were knowledgeable and friendly. Tea and coffee made available with chocolate biscuits so a good start 👍I've been to a few courses over the years but this was far the best. Nothing was over complicated, easy to remember information, I feel confident enough to preserve life if I was ever in that circumstance. Definitely recommend. And the Cafe in Armstrong Hall was lovely, delicious panini. The Hall was a good venue, very clean courtesy of a lovely lady vacuuming when I arrived, and the loos spotless (although a little dated) I thoroughly enjoyed my day. Thank you 😊 ~ Helen B

I attended a full day first aid refresher course in Sunderland Puma centre and found it very interesting and motivating. We were able to have plenty of hands on practical experience doing CPR on the dolls linked to a computer so we could see if we performed it correctly. The premises were easy to find plenty of parking and it was a well run course. I would recommend it to anyone needing first aid training. Adam was an excellent trainer and the whole day was fun and relaxed. ~ Caroline A

I attended a my Emergency first aid course with First aid & safety training run by Adam McKinnon. Found the Hole course very satisfying with an instructor who has a wealth knowledge. After a career in the British army Royal military Police I found him very down to earth and very approachable & helpful & would have no hesitation in recommending Adam and his company to anyone. This training was really helpful no body felt under pressure and any questions where answered accordingly and appropriate, was able to talk about past experiences and how they were handle and how they could of been handled, training didn’t drag on it went really quick and smoothly, very helpful and would highly recommend. CPR was very hands on and was able to perform on a computer so you could see if you were performing it correctly. ~ Candice H

I recently completed my first aid training, and the entire experience was incredibly thorough. Every step was clearly explained, which greatly enhanced my understanding. As a result, I now feel much more confident in my ability to provide effective first aid when needed. What a great training experience! The trainers were friendly, fun and most of all knowledgeable. The group of participants were really engaging and supportive. I particular benefitted from the CPR module which included using a difib. I left the training feeling confident and reassured. Emergency First aid at work 1 day course: very laid back and friendly atmosphere ,a good laugh but at the same time very informative and easy to follow didn't feel like you were getting bombarded with information which is a good thing as I have the attention span of a goldfish! An excellent blended, peadiatric first aid course. Friendly, approachable instructor who combines common sense with sound knowledge put across in an easy manner. After so many previous courses, the First Aid training Helen & Adam offer would be my first go to Its simply explained, its not too serious and everyone works at their own pace.
